Browning sauce is an old time Jamaican favourite.  Jamaican browning sauce adds a wonderful colour and flavour to sweet and savoury dishes, Jamaican style.
It is very popular in browning gravies, meat dishes, stews, soups, microwave-cooked meats, cakes, pastries, icing and home-brewed beers.
While its dark hue adds a warm, appealing richness to your cooking, it is important to use Jamaican browning sparingly, as overuse can result in an overly dark or unappealing appearance of the dish.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, Caamel color, Citric Acid, salt, Xanthan Gum
