Jerk Seasoning Liquid
Spur Tree Jerk Seasoning is semi-liquid, and all you need to taste the delicious flavour of Jamaica’s favourite dish. This seasoning captures a perfect balance of heat and spices for all grilled or oven baked meats, seafood and tofu.
Spur Tree boasts of using the finest, freshest local ingredients in their ‘all in one’ seasoning. This seasoning can also be added to many sauces and marinades to spice up the flavour. Try adding to BBQ sauce for that rich, spicy taste.
Brush on ribs, steaks, burgers and sausages just before you finish grilling.
This commercial sized jerk seasoning is easier to apply than the paste and convenient for marinating large quantities.
Use 30 to 45 ml seasoning per 1/2 kg meat, fish, tofu or vegetable. Coat well and leave for minimum of 2 hours under refrigeration. Cook on barbeque grill on medium heat or in oven at 180 degrees C until fully cooked, turning as required.
Store in a cool dry place and in the fridge after opening.
