The signature Jamaican seasoning – a perfect balance of heat and spices for all grilled or oven baked meats, seafood and tofu.
Commercial sized jerk seasoning liquid, esier to apply than the paste. Convenient for marinating large quantities.
Use 30 to 45 ml seasoning per 1/2 kg meat, fish, tofu or vegetable. Coat well and leave for minimum of 2 hours under refrigeration. Cook on barbeque grill on medium heat or in oven at 180 degrees C until fully cooked, turning as required.
Store in a cool dry place.
