Several terms and conditions apply and your decision to access or use the site will indicate your agreement to be governed by these rules.
In these Terms and Conditions ‘you’ means you the customer while ‘we’ means Jamaican Products. These Terms and Conditions together with your Order constitute the entire Contract between you and Jamaican Products for the supply of products. The Contract can only be varied in writing by letter or email.
Jamaican Products aims to provide complete, accurate, up-to-date information on our website. Unfortunately, it is not possible to ensure that every website is completely free of human or technological errors. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions after an order has been submitted and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Although Jamaican Products makes every effort to display up to date information on our website, we are not responsible for any items that are out of stock or are discontinued while displayed online.
Placing Your Order
By placing an Order on the Jamaican Products web site, you make an offer to us to purchase the products you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions. Jamaican Products does not formally accept your offer until payment is made in full and the funds are cleared.
If for any reason we cannot process or accept your Order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone.
We will notify you when your order is completed and dispatched.
Payment Methods And Processing
Jamaican Products currently accepts payment by PayPal, Stripe Gateway (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and Direct Bank Transfer. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need. We do not store card details on our server.
We will email a tax invoice to you with your Order Confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
Jamaican Products purchases include GST where applicable.
The price of products shown excludes shipping costs and packaging as appropriate, which are shown separately.
Delivery and Shipping
Jamaican Products only ship to Australia, using Australia Post and other national couriers. See Delivery and Shipping page for details.
Special Order Policy
All special order items are imported especially for you, so Jamaican Products requires a full non-refundable deposit when your order is placed. Should you cancel the special order you will forfeit the deposit.
There are absolutely no returns on special order items.
Jamaican Products will provide a quotation identifying price, minimum quantity and an estimated lead-time as shipping times may vary. Our quotation/estimate is valid only if at least minimum quantity is ordered and paid for within 30 days.
We do our best and will keep a communication channel open with you regarding your order as sometimes things happen that we cannot control. Please be sure to check your email and spam folders for email communications from Jamaican Products.
Jamaican Products endeavours to keep our customers 100% satisfied at all times. If you are dissatisfied with the product you have received, please contact us within one day of delivery to discuss.
All items are packed with care and individually checked prior to dispatch. If a product is delivered damaged, please notify us immediately. Please use Australia Post Regular Mail or other national couriers for agreed returns of damaged product and include a copy of your order with the return.
Jamaican Products cannot be held responsible for any injuries, loss or damage sustained by the use of any of our products. It is the user’s responsibility to ensure the products are suitable for their requirements. We will not accept any liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has occurred. This includes loss or damage resulting from delivery to unattended addresses where the sender has opted to have the item left at the premises if no one is home.
Jamaican Products reserves the right to alter the content of this website, and these disclaimers, terms and conditions, at any time.

The information you provide, such as your name, address, email address, telephone numbers and other details is used to process your transactions, monitor sales of products purchased from us, as well as to maintain contact with you.
When you visit our website we may also collect additional information, such as the address of your Internet service provider, the name of the web page directing you, and your clicks and activity on our website. We may use the information to improve our website, to be more available and user friendly to our customers, for risk management, staff training and billing and for any other use which you may authorise.

Jamaican Products will from time to time send emails to you regarding offers and various Jamaican Products activities. Should you no longer wish to receive information from Jamaican Products please advise us by return email.

To the extent permitted by law, Jamaican Products is not liable for any delay in performing any of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Jamaican Products. In such circumstances Jamaican Products shall be entitled to a reasonable extension of time for the performance of such obligations.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Sauce and Spice Club
The following terms are only applicable to the Jamaican Sauce and Spice Club subscription products.
Purchase of Subscription Boxes
By purchasing any of our Subscription Boxes you acknowledge that your subscription plan has an initial and recurring payment. At the end of the initial period specified your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive periods of the same length at the current plan rate until you cancel your subscription.
We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.
Delivery and Shipping
Shipping is by Australia Post, with a flat rate shipping of $14.90 for Standard Parcel post. This cost includes GST.
Boxes are shipped by the 10th of the postage month, so all orders placed within that postage period should arrive by about the middle of the postage month.
If you change address, you must update your address details in the relevant section of the website prior to the 3rd of the postage month to ensure that no boxes are sent out to the wrong address. Please ensure this is done before you move as you will be liable for any boxes posted to the wrong location.
Let us know if you wish to gift a subscription. Simply Contact Us prior to the start of the postage month with the details including any preferred delivery dates. We will endeavour to have the gift delivered within the period specified.
Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not effect orders that a Dispatch Confirmation has been sent out for.
We do not guarantee that you will love every product we send out, as each and every person’s palate is different. Inevitably you will get a product you just do not like. However you will get to experience all the different flavours that Jamaican Products has to offer.
Why not re-gift the offending product to someone at work. But if you decide that you REALLY regret your choice to join and that you have been swindled out of your hard earned money, then we can terminate your membership with no hard feelings on our end.
If your box arrives with damaged products unfit for use, please contact us by emailing [email protected]ts.com.au within 1 business day of receiving your box. The email should explain the issue and have photographs attached showing the damage.
We retain the right to request the return of any damaged goods at your cost by recorded delivery to Jamaican Products, PO Box 198, West Pennant Hills, NSW 2125, where the products will be inspected. Damaged goods should be returned to us within 4 business days of you receiving the box. We will consider refunds for any boxes returned in unused condition.
If the fault is agreed by photographic evidence or returned goods, we will replace the damaged product. If goods were returned then we also refund the return postage charges incurred within 14 days of refund decision. We reserve the right to refuse refund.
Automatic renewals will continue until you cancel your subscription.
You can cancel your subscription at any time after receiving the 2nd box for the Jamaican Sauce and the 3rd box for the Jamaican Spice. Cancellation needs to be at least 2 business days prior to the 1st of the postage month to avoid the automatic deduction being charged. You are responsible for paying all recurring charges prior to cancellation.
