Directions for Use
Dip smoker/briquette in water for 2 seconds – do not soak.
Add smokers to hot charcoal or place directly on grill grates over the flame.
Once briquette begins to smoke, add your favourite food and close lid allowing the aroma to infuse with the food.
Cook food as normal replacing smoker/briquette every 25-30 minutes.
For best results use with raw meats.
