Recipe for Baked Chicken
1 kg chicken pieces
2 tablespoons Juliana mango chutney
2 tablespoons Juliana mild jerk seasoning
Mix mango chutney and jerk seasoning. Marinate chicken with mix for 10 minutes. Bake chicken at 180 degrees C for 30 minutes, turning pieces after 20 minutes.
Serve chicken with baked potato and salad
Sauce (if desired)
1 tablespoon Juliana mango chutney
1 tablespoon Juliana mild jerk seasoning
1/3 cup water.
Bring to boil then simmer for 5 minutes.
