Jamaican Products is proud to introduce Australia’s first Cocktail Ackee Patties, a delicious new addition to our range celebrating one of Jamaica’s most treasured ingredients. 

Unlike Jamaica’s traditional national dish of ackee and saltfish, our Cocktail Ackee Patties showcase the delicate flavour and unique texture of ackee in a delicious vegetarian filling, seasoned with authentic Jamaican-made herbs, sauces and spices. 

Perfect as an appetiser, finger food or quick snack, these bite-sized patties make entertaining effortless.  Simply bake from frozen and serve golden, flaky Jamaican goodness in under 25 minutes. 

Authentic Jamaican Tradition

The Jamaican patty is Jamaica’s original party food, comparable to the Australian meat pie or the Cornish pasty, but with its own distinctive flaky pastry and vibrant Caribbean flavours. 

Our Cocktail Ackee Patties feature a light, flaky pastry filled with a savoury vegetarian ackee mixture, creating a delicious taste of Jamaica that everyone can enjoy. 

Sold frozen for maximum freshness, simply keep in the freezer until you are ready to bake.

Heating Instructions

Convection Oven

1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Remove the frozen Cocktail Ackee Patties from the plastic packaging.
3. Place on a lined baking tray.
4. Bake for approximately 20 minutes, or until golden and heated through.
5. Serve hot. Caution: Filling will be hot immediately after baking. 

Delivery

Cocktail Ackee Patties are made in small batches and require approximately one week’s notice for preparation. 

Our frozen range is currently available only by home delivery within Greater Sydney, with deliveries generally made on Thursdays.
