Hot Jerk Seasoning (Wet)

Superb as seasoning for meat, tofu and vegetable.
Recipe
Use sparingly at first, then adjust to your taste. Rub on pork, poultry, beef, fish or vegetables. Marinate overnight or for at least two hours. Cook on the barbeque grill or in your oven.
Keep unused seasoning refrigerated.

Hot pepper, water, salt, vinegar, thyme, spices, potassium sorbate
